This Yoga Teacher Training Course is a comprehensive study and practice of Yoga. It has been designed to encourage a profound experience of Yoga, overcoming limitations of body and mind. On completion of the course you will be qualified to teach the fundamentals of Yoga.
The inspiration and focus of the training will be based on alignment and vinyasa Yoga. As a part of the course electives you will be trained in the science of restorative Yoga and Ayurveda. You will be inspired to create a lifestyle of holism and awareness.
Inner Wellness Studio is a 200 & 300 hour Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance®.

is a qualified “Iyengar Yoga” and “Kundalini Yoga & Meditation” teacher and is registered as a 500 hour Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance®. Click here to learn more about Diego.
Upon completion of course requirements your teaching certificate will reflect the internationally recognised Yoga Alliance® RYS200 standards for teaching.
