Join us for a weekend of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan with Pritam Khalsa and Sat Siri.
Kundalini Yoga and meditation offers great depth giving a more expansive, subtle, and holistic understanding of Yoga.
About our teachers, Pritam Khalsa & Sat Siri:
Pritam lived and worked in the ashram in Hamburg, Germany from 1981 onward for some eight years, translating the teachings, developing the yoga, before she met [her husband] Har Bhajan at the European Yoga Festival.
Yogi Bhajan wanted her energy in RSA. Building their brand, FRUITS & ROOTS and EARTH PRODUCTS, teaching yoga and vegetarian cooking classes, being a mom and wife, she takes workshops, gives sessions in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and is the Lead Trainer for Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Level 1 and 2 in South Africa. She created a picture book in yoga through her novel concept, THE KUNDALINI YOGA FAN. She and her husband are some of the founding members of Long Valley Farm, an eco village trust in the pristine mountains near Robertson in the Western Cape. They have one son, Hari Bhajan Singh. After his schooling at Miri Piri Academy in India, he joined Earth Products.
Sat Siri (aka Diego Baldi)
Diego is the founder of Inner Wellness Studio in Durban, a practice specialising in Yoga, meditation, and teacher training. Diego draws from his background in holistic health coaching, integrative nutrition, and Ayurveda offering a comprehensive lifestyle approach.
Diego was introduced to Yoga at a early age and since then it has become his vocation. Continuing to advance his practice both as a learner and a teacher, he completed yoga teacher training programs in Vinyasa Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, Iyengar Yoga and has received the credentials as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance. He runs 200hr & 300hr Yoga Teachers Training Certificate Courses.

2-6pm Eleven Moon Points of a Woman Workshop: The teaching of the Moon Points is the most practical, once-upon-a-time secret knowledge of yoga for woman! In the course of a month, women go through a series of moods and capabilities, from the brightness of full moon to introversion and back again! These phases are distinct and their pattern is set for you from since you were a little girl until your granny days. Presented by Pritam Khalsa, this practical workshop aims through the use of a pendulum to reveal our unique pattern and bring understanding of the blessing and challenge of each mood as well as specific meditations to balance. For practitioners of all styles of yoga and even if you have never practised!
